DOWN-UNDER - Southern Australia photographic tour 2019

  • "Down-Under, down below": with this term the English used and use to define their most distant ex-colony: Australia.
The largest island in the world, a continent of boundless spaces and spectacular nature. A territory highly rich of beaches with crystal clear waters, rainforests, deserts, rock formations and vibrant and cosmopolitan metropolis. A photographic journey to Australia is a unique experience for lovers of travel photography.
The rocky landscapes overlooking the sea of the Great Ocean Road with its Twelve Apostles (but not only), the ecological reserve of Kangaroo Island that hosts kangaroos, penguins, opossums, koalas, platypuses and sea lions. The island of Philip Island near Melbourne with its rich beaches of photographic opportunities and its Koala Conservation Center, the pink lake Bumbunga near Adelaide ... these are just some of the main landscape and naturalistic photographic highlights.
We will also visit the vibrant and cosmopolitan metropolises of Sydney and Melbourne and the small city of Adelaide, where we will alternate iconic photographs such as the Opera House or the Harbor Bridge in beautiful street photography offered by the incredible variety of humanity from all over the city Australians can offer.

The millenary traditions of the native culture with its millenary traditions emerge bullying in the Uluru or Ayers Rock, sacred mountain for the aborigines. This imposing monolith contains extraordinary magic and is a true spectacle of colors given by the reflections of the sun at different times of the day ... how to neglect it?

We will be accompanied in all the main steps by our "resident photographer" Monica Bertolazzi, Italian landscape photographer happily moved to Australia over 10 years ago and since then "ambassador with the reflex" of the land of kangaroos, in order to discover "with the eye of who lives there ”the secrets of this unique land.
